Cancellation Policy

We have made cancelling your subscription easy. In order to cancel your subscription, you can do this one of two ways:

1. Head to www.upgrade.chat/profile and manage your subscription there.

2. Type in /downgrade in any of the chat channels on Discord and head to ‘Manage your upgrade’.

Please note, once you submit a cancellation request, NOBODY will be able to stop the cancellation and you will continue to have premium access until the end of the billing date & you will be automatically downgraded after this date.

Simply leaving the group will NOT automatically put in a cancellation request. Management reserve the right to revoke/cancel subscriptions at their own request.
